No jackets yet though. Clean and bold. I wanted to make a crying heart piece and play with this colour palette. So I did! I wanted the work to be reminiscent of a sew-on patch that had an aged feel, but remained clean and sharp.
I tried a few other alternatives in the process and have included some of them below:
Ultimately, I settled on this for the final design, as I felt that the blue helped to contrast the heart and the marbling gave it more depth:
